Our message is all about being informed so that you can make smart, healthy decisions. But what happens if some bad decisions have already been made, and you find yourself facing a possible medical emergency? Maybe a friend was drinking, passed out, and you can’t get them to wake up? Or you’re with someone that might have OD’ed?
These are scary, scary situations to find yourself in. And when we’re scared, it’s that much more challenging to make the right call. Are you reading this on your phone? Then the right call is staring you right in the face.
It’s that simple. And it could mean the difference between saving a life, and another tragic news story, as we were reminded – again – this morning.
The older we get, the more we’re reminded of all those little lessons we learned in kindergarten, like two wrongs don’t make a right. Mistakes happen, but one of the most above the influence thing you can do is make better decisions the next time. Even if the “next time” is just a few minutes later.
